“The American
Dream is clearly on the mend…” said Earl Lee, president of Prudential Real
Estate. A recent yearly survey taken by Brookfield Real Estate and Relocation
Affiliates, Inc, showed that Americans have become gradually more confident in
homeownership. 69% of people surveyed believe that Real Estate is a good
investment, 72% expressed confidence that the real estate market will continue
to improve in the next two years, and 64% have a very positive view of the
United States housing market.
