Utah Home Sales and Prices Continue to Rise

Utah’s housing market has shown increased strength this fall.  According to information released by the Utah Association of Realtors, sales in October increased nearly 12 percent over last year.  The median sales price was up more than 5 percent.

Utah Named 4^th Best Run State in America

Utah was named the 4^th best run state in America according to a survey of the Worst and Best Run states. The survey was based on each state’s budgets, unemployment rates, and median household incomes.
