  Utah Named Fourth Happiest State

Gallup, a company that provides data-driven news based on U.S. and world polls, daily tracking  and public opinion research, released a recent poll that named the five happiest and the five most miserable states. Utah was named fourth happiest. The four other happiest states were; Vermont, Minnesota, Colorado, and Hawaii.

Commercial Real Estate Outlook is Bright
The Salt Lake City-based Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, a commercial real estate and consulting firm, released last week its annual review of commercial real estate transactions in Utah’s biggest counties. They stated that “the overall level of activity suggests that the industry is returning to normal long-term performance levels” and that 2013 will be a great year. Further proof that Utah is the place to be!
