Silicone Slopes!

Fortune Magazine has a lot to say about Salt Lake City! Because many California based tech companies (Adobe, Ebay, Oracle, Twitter, and Electronic Arts!) have moved to our fine state, Salt Lake’s unofficial nickname has become the “Silicon Slopes.” The Brookings Institute has even said that SLC’s workforce is the most productive in America. One example: Josh James founded the software company Omniture while still in school at BYU, then sold it to Adobe for $1.8 billion!
