Interest in Building and Home Remodeling is Picking Up

According to a recent survey by the Houzz website, a majority of homeowners believe that now is a good time to buy or remodel a home.  Homeowners believe that values are increasing, and this is a strong indicator that confidence is returning to the housing market.
