Two of the top ten fastest growing citites in the nation are right here in Utah! St. George is number two, it has grown just over 52% since 2000. Number six on the list is Provo, growing over 39% thanks in part to its reputation as an excellent place to raise a family and even retire!

Sweet 16!

Sweet 16! After dominating the Gonzaga Bulldogs, 89 to 67, BYU moved up to the NCAA's Sweet 16. Senior guard Jimmer Fredette, who scored 34 points in Saturday's game, said, "It's a great moment for this school. We haven't been here for the last 30 years. This is an accomplishment in itself." Here's hoping for the Elite 8!

St. Patrick's Day!

We are in the top ten! Last week the top ten happiest states were published and we are proud to say that Utah ranked at number eight. States were graded on six factors of well-being: life evaluation, emotional health, work environment, physical health, healthy behavior, and access to basic necessities. Perhaps next year we can break the top five!

Winter Will End!

Unemployment fell again in February from 9% to 8.9%, that's nearly a full percentage point in the last three months, which is the fastest improvement shown in almost 28 years. Large and small businesses are hiring, which is a good indication that the market is on the up and up.
