Where are the jobs?!

CNNMoney has answered the question on nearly everyone’s mind, “Where are the jobs?” Out of 25 counties in the United States, Utah County came in at number 8, with a special emphasis on American Fork, Lindon, and Provo. With a job growth of 47.1% between 2000 and 2010, along with major companies like the National Security Agency and Overstock.com making homes here, this really is the place!

Is now the time to buy?

It sure is the time to refinance! But it's also a great time to buy! I found this excellent article on MSN.

Here are a couple of highlights.

• Great deals! Prices are down approximately 30%.
• Interest rates are around 4.3%. That speaks for itself!
• Mortgage interest is a tax write off.
• It's yours! Paint the walls purple, indulge in avocado shag carpet!
• You'll find a nicer place, for less money (It might not be quite as nice if you actually go with avocado).
• There are tons of places to choose from! You'll have a variety in any price range.

Are you convinced yet?!

If you're unsure where to begin or who to use as an agent or lender, we're more than happy to recommend our most excellent and noble clients. You will absolutely be taken care of here at GBT, where you can (let's say it together now!) Close with Confidence!
